Terms of service
-Warranty:
Green Man Gear will warranty repair or replace products purchased through Green Man Gear from the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. It is at the discretion of Green Man Gear to refuse repair or replacement of purchased items. Repair or replacement will not be provided for stains and any damage deemed to be misuse or purposeful damage at our discretion. The buyer is responsible for return shipping to Green Man Gear. An ETA will be provided when the item is received. No guarantee is made for replacement. No refunds will be issued in place of repair or replacement. The item will be returned at original condition with the repair of only the damage part when applicable. If the company is no longer in business the warranty will no longer be valid.
-Products:
Photos shown of products may not be exact item received. Green Man Gear updates and revises products based on feedback. No refunds will be provided outside of the return window for changes in products. If you would like to know if products are Berry complaint email green man gear at greenmangear.us@gmail.com. Slight variations in color and shade are possible. Changes in manufacturer and dyes are common. If you have a special consideration or slight change you would like made, you can request at our email address and it may or may not be able to be provided. Many products are made to order. Products are made in the order they are received. Packs have a lead time posted on the product page.
-Shipping:
Green Man Gear is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items from shipping and handling. Claims should be handles through the carrier.
-Discounts:
Discounts are available for veterans and first responders. Email greenmangear.us@gmail.com with some form of proof of service for a special code.
-Other:
Green Man Gear reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for anything.
